Information Sessions are approximately 30 minutes in length, open to anyone, and are normally held once a month except for July, August, and December. They begin at 6:30 pm and are held at our community centre at 25 Molenaar Priv. which also houses our office. There is visitor parking in the unmarked parking spots to the left of the building. Young children should not attend with their parents.
Any person in the household who is 18 years of age or older must attend an Information Session as they will be considered a co-applicant when applying for membership.
Attendance at an Information Session is the mandatory first step in the application process. This is our opportunity to make sure that you are fully informed about co-op housing lifestyle so that you can decide if it is a good fit for your family. We think that you’ll love what you hear.
A few important details:
- Please be aware that there are NO SUBSIDIZED SPACES available.
- Applicants MUST pass a credit and landlord check.
- Fee for the credit check is $50 (only money order or certified cheques will be accepted) per applicant or co-applicant.
- Persons with un-discharged bankruptcy will not be considered for membership.
