Welcome
Dovercourt Housing Cooperative is a family friendly community located in Ottawa's Westboro neighbourhood. We have a total of 40 units in three clusters near the intersection of Carling Ave and Kirkwood Ave. These three clusters are comprised of:
- 28 units on Molenaar Priv.
- 4 units on Tweedsmuir St. near Dovercourt Ave.
- 8 units on Hendricus Priv.
We have a mix of 2, 3, and 4 bedrooms houses, each with a parking spot and fenced backyard. Three of our 2 bedroom units are wheelchair accessible. Additionally, we have one 1 bedroom unit that is wheelchair accessible.
